With over 25 years of experience as both a competitive endurance athlete and coach, I work with runners of all abilities, as well as cyclists, triathletes, surfers and other active individuals who want to improve their performance, confidence and enjoyment of sport.
I offer personalised running coaching, one-to-one personal training, online training plans, running gait analysis and retraining, buddy / guided runs and small group sessions.
I also work with children through one-to-one coaching and school running clubs, helping them develop great running technique, confidence and a lifelong enjoyment of being active.
As a certified Life Coach, I also help clients develop the mindset needed to overcome challenges, build confidence and achieve lasting success. My coaching takes a holistic approach, combining strength and movement, running technique, sport-specific training, nutrition, event preparation and mindset.
