Lucy is an experienced and successful ultra runner who works with clients from a large variety of sporting backgrounds to improve their fitness and achieve their personal goals. Whilst she specialises in running and horse riding, clients also include triathletes, skiers, surfers and multi day adventure racers.
Lucy works with people who are absolute beginners right through to elite athletes by online programme writing and / or face to face PT sessions, buddy running and group circuits. She also offers running gait analysis and retraining, modifying running style to help improve performance and reduce the recurrence of injuries. Lucy also works with children either one to one or by delivering running clubs in schools, to help them improve their running form and knowledge and in so doing, to increase their self confidence and sporting ability.
She works in a hollistic way, looking at functional exercise, exercises specific to a particular sport, nutrition, event preparation and mind set as well as fitness.
