Perhaps you are new to running and don't know where to start? Perhaps you want to get faster but don't know how? Or perhaps you prefer to run with company, need help to motivate yourself or would simply like to discover some new methods of training or new routes? As an experienced runner who has raced at all levels I can help you at whatever stage you might be, beginner, novice or good club runner. Within the session I can also offer tips on nutrition, injuries, kit choice and race preparation. I am passionate about helping and encouraging people to reach their goals whilst gaining a love for running by making training varied and fun.
I also have two running buggies so if you would like to train and bring your little one along that is fine. I'm happy to push so that you can concentrate on the training in hand!
