Whether you're taking your very first steps into running, training for your next marathon or preparing for an ultra-endurance event, I provide personalised coaching designed around your goals, experience and lifestyle.

Every runner is different. That's why every coaching programme is tailored specifically to you, helping you build fitness, confidence and enjoyment while reducing the risk of injury.

My coaching combines practical experience gained from more than 25 years of competitive running with professional qualifications in personal training, running gait analysis and life coaching. Together we'll build not only your fitness, but also your confidence, resilience and enjoyment of running.
