I hope you've all had a fabulous festive period. Now is a good time to start planning your exercise goals for next year. A few small tips:
- choose one thing that will be a big challenge for you - a long term goal if you like (you can then plan the steps you need to take to get there)
- then more generally thinking - where do you want to be fitness wise this time next year? what do you need to do or change to achieve this?
- what one thing can you change with your nutrition to help you get fitter and healthier in 2018?
- who will be able to support you in achieving your goal / who can you be accountable to?

My advise is to pick one or two very specific goals. More than this then if you're like me you'll get overwhelmed - and even forget what goals you set in the first place!
Plan carefully how you'll reach your goals - classes you'll attend / races you'll do on the way to your goal race / new sports you can take up - when . where . how etc etc

Aim high - nothing is unachievable - you will be very happy this time next year when you can tick job done :)
